Each delegate of the MUNRFE Annual Conference 2018 has to submit several documents in course of the preparation process. These documents are considered as obligatory for participation in the Conference.


Security Council: 1 Policy Paper devoted to historical agenda and 1 draft Resolution that covers any modern issue. 2 documents total;

Commission on Narcotic Drugs: a Policy Paper for 2 agenda items, a draft Resolution on another agenda item. 3 documents total;

UN Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific: a Policy Paper for 2 agenda items, a draft Resolution on another agenda item. 3 documents total;

World Bank: a Project informational document, a Program document (for recipients) or a Project Appraisal Document, an Investment Strategy Outline (for donors). 2 documents total.

In order to be eligible for the Outstanding Delegation Award, the delegations assigned one country may also submit a Country Profile. The submission of the Country Profile is optional.

The following deadlines for the submission of Conference documents are set by the Secretariat (all 23:59 Vladivostok Time Zone):

November 7, 2018 – Country Profile

November 22, 2018 - Policy Papers, Project Information Document or Investment Strategy Outline;

November 27, 2018 - Resolution, Project Appraisal Document/Program Document or Investment Strategy Document.   The documents should be submitted according to the format set by the Secretariat in the English language.
