MUNRFE | Counselors

A Counselor is the second element in the MUNRFE management structure after the Board. The post of a Counselor is aimed at decreasing the distance between the Board and Clubs and assisting the Board and Presidential Teams of the Club and inter-Club level. There are two types of Counselors – the first one is devoted to Clubs’ supervision, while the second is aimed at assisting the Board and MUNRFE as a whole on particular issues (legal, IT, finance and etc.). Clubs’ Counselors advise Presidential Teams and Cabinets, monitor Clubs’ activities and implementation of Presidential Councils’ and Board decisions, and serve as the representatives of the Board on the field. The Counselors on particular affairs provide his/her assistance mostly to the Board, as well as to inter-Club project coordinators and Clubs when necessary. The decision-making rights and privileges are assigned only to the Board; however, the Counselors together with the Board compose an “unofficial conceptual Directorate” of the Organization, thus, the Counselors have sort of an advisory vote in the Board. Normally, the privilege to be appointed as a Counselor belongs to really experienced and respected MUNRFE members or external highly skilled specialists.

Currently, the following Counselors are appointed:
