The regular Presidents Council of the MUNRFE took place in Khabarovsk right before the 8th International Conference. The XVI PC gathered 9 representatives from 3 clubs of MUNRFE (Vladivostok, Blagoveshensk, Khabarovsk) and MD Team with the goal to adress the main difficulties of the organizations, elaborate on the strategy of the MUNRFE's development during 2010 and make traditional PC's decisions on the approaching projects.

MD Team would like to thank Alexandra Ovsyankina, Evgeniy Pal'kin, Anna Musatova, Ulyana Kan, Anastasia Naiden, Ksenia Sukhotina, Sofia Korchagina, Anastasia Burmistrova and Sofia Vidasheva for their committment and immesurable contribution to this important event, the decisions of which are available below.

The outstanding and highly important for Chita MUNRFE Club event was held with a help of ZABHSPU (Zabaikalian State Humanitarian Pedagogical University) and BSUEL (Baikalian State University of Economics and Law). It was third time when MUNRFE conducted Task Force program for Chita Club. This year program was launched by Olga Kostina (Khabarovsk MUNRFE club) and Ulyana Kan (Khabarovsk MUNRFE club).
