Mini Advanced Leadership School 2011 |
|

A great deal is changing all the time around us. This is the tendency of our time, actually. But what we cannot change is our being people. A person is a biosocial creature, usually living among other people his whole life. He is to communicate, to build relationships, to fall in love and to make bargains, to make friends and enemies, etc., etc., etc.
However, not everyone realizes that to communicate effectively is not that easy to be correct. Not everyone realizes that to work with people is similar to complicated art which cannot be learned quickly.

IV Advanced Leadership School: a Lab on Initiating and Sustaining Profound Change |
|

As of today, the application process for the IV Advanced Leadership School (ALS) is open!
This year's ALS will be a Lab on initiating and sustaining profound change both within people and organizations. The traditional MUNRFE concepts such as Leadership, Pipe, Cave, Mountain, etc. will serve as the basis for discussions while systems thinking will be one of the most important tools for modeling and analysis. The central theme of the School is evolutionary nature of leadership process. Thus, the Law of the Process as well as it's brand-new counterpart - U Theory - will be important frameworks at our disposal. We are planning to make this project as closely connected to your personal highest aspirations as it is possible so as help you unleash your deepest personal mastery capacities. A more comprehensive inquiry into the disciplines of learning organizations such as shared vision, mental models and team learning will be undertaken. But most importantly, we plan to turn this School into a real Lab where you will be crafting and testing your own applications for MUNRFE.
