Mini Advanced Leadership School 2011

A great deal is changing all the time around us. This is the tendency of our time, actually. But what we cannot change is our being people. A person is a biosocial creature, usually living among other people his whole life. He is to communicate, to build relationships, to fall in love and to make bargains, to make friends and enemies, etc., etc., etc.

However, not everyone realizes that to communicate effectively is not that easy to be correct. Not everyone realizes that to work with people is similar to complicated art which cannot be learned quickly.

Thus the last project of Management and Leadership committee was devoted not just to development of leadership skills, but to understanding of the features of communication and giving participants useful tools and technics aimed at improving their ability to work with people properly in order to be effective leaders.

Goals:

• To show the necessity of ability to work with people well and have a deep understanding of their behavior for leaders.

• To give basic knowledge of some popular and effective frameworks and models in management and phycology.

• To give advanced tools and technics aimed to improve participant’s ability to work with people properly in order to be effective leaders.
