MUNRFE | Leadership

Managing Directors' Team

MD Team represents one of the elements of the MUNRFE structure that stands aside of the clubs. With so many different projects organized by MUNRFE clubs across the region, MD Team tries the clubs to be linked with each other by fostering their interaction and communication.

Other responsibilities of the MD Team include coordination of interclub projects and support for such projects to be implemented on time with necessary resources. Along with projects conducted for several clubs, MD Team monitors internal work of clubs working mostly with Cabinet members.
Exclusive rights on management of Development Fund, preparation of tax and accounting reports, and management of bank account also belong to MD Team.

These days MD Team is comprised of the following people:

Andrey Kozinets

Managing Director

Andrey became a member Model United Nations of the Russian Far East since Fall of 2008 and throughout his almost 3 years of being with MUNRFE he participated in and contributed to numerous projects of Vladivostok Club and MUNRFE as a whole: Parliamentary Debates, Vladivostok MUNRFE Club Master Classes (coordinating those in Autumn, 2009), MUNRFE International Conferences. As an MUN delegate, Andrey participated in several MUNRFE International Conferences (VII, VIII, IX), and always showed great results, being a part the best team of VIII Conference, and being the rapporteur for SC at the IX Conference.

In 2010 Andrey was unanimously elected to perform the duties of the President of Vladivostok MUNRFE Club. This responsibility helped him to make a big step in his personal development and effectiveness, while during his 14-month Presidency Vladivostok Club made a great difference in its work, with new projects (APEC 2010 Youth Summit as an example) being a testimony of this. After he was elected as an advisor of the MUNRFE APEC Voices of the Future 2010 Team - the only representatives of Russian. Andrey also was an advisor of MUNRFE-team at Seliger-2010 Youth Forum, being a pioneer from MUNRFE at the international projects of an extreme importance. In February of 2011 Andrey was invited to be MUNRFE Assistant Managing Director and work on coordination of interclub projects of Model United Nations of the Russian Far East. Later this year Andrey successfully represented MUNRFE at Asian International Model United Nations (AIMUN) 2011 Conference in Beijing, China. In May of 2011 he was in a Secretariat of the II MUNRFE Regional Conference, chairing the International Atomic Energy Agency. His unalloyed support of MUNRFE, believing in its values and significant contribution to its promotion led him to the position of the Managing Director in Summer, 2011.

Viktoria Vinoselova

Assistant Managing Director

Viktoria joined MUNRFE after Autumn Master-Classes 2009. The coordinatorship of Spring Master-Classes 2010 has become her first experience of project management. Later in May 2010 she had been obtaining the position of vice-president of Vladivostok MUNRFE club till the February 2011. At the present moment she is the coordinator of national selection on the youth program “APEC Voices of the Future 2011”. Viktoria also has showed herself as an excellent advisor. Her teams took the second place during Autumn Master-Classes 2010 and the first place during Spring Master-Classes 2011. Moreover, she was an advisor for the team during IX International MUNRFE conference.

Viktoria has a rather extensive experience of MUN debated. Her first conference was VIII International MUNRFE conference where she was a delegate of GA. In April 2010 she took part in Asian International MUN Conference in Beijing as a delegate of UNESCO. Participation in APEC Youth Summit 2010 organized by MUNRFE has brought her victory and gave her the opportunity to represent RF at the youth program “APEC Voices of the Future” in Japan, Yokohama in November 2010. 31st of December 2010 she was announced among the best delegates of IX MUNRFE International Conference and granted the opportunity to represent MUNRFE at the 61st MUNFW Session in San-Francisco and during New-York National MUN conference in April 2011.

She is going to be a chairperson of UNESCO during X International MUNRFE conference and chairperson of ECOSOC during 62nd MUNFW Session in San-Francisco.

She believes that the position of Assistant Managing Director will give her a lot of new opportunities for making a great contribution into prosperity of our organization.

Assistant Managing Director

Vitaliy joined MUNRFE after participation in Summer Educational Program FireStarter 2007. His first big MUNRFE project, the VI MUNRFE International Conference and membership in its organizers’ team (Blagoveshchensk, 2007), gave him indispensible skills and experience to foster his professional development. During the VII International MUNRFE Conference, held in 2008 in Vladivostok, he was credentialed to represent China in the General Assembly. His performance in terms of the General Assembly was improved in 2009, when Vitaliy was honored to participate in Moscow International MUN Session in Moscow State International Relations Institute.
